For two decades our expertise has been in woodworking, joinery and design. As each year passes, we utilise advances in technology to improve manufacturing accuracy, scale and cost reduction.

Development & Prototyping: Starting with your idea, a sketch or an initial CAD outline, we develop your product ready for manufacturing. We ensure that it is mechanically sound and designed for function. The goal is to produce a candidate product that meets all requirements for function, durability, branding and cost.
Machining & Preparation: We operate on a "timber at the back, products at the front" concept. We saw, cut, engrave, laser and prepare the timber ready for paint, print or vinyl finishes using machines designed for high-volume production.
Finishing & Assembly: Our finishing process ensures that each item passes strict quality assurance checks. We package your product so it’s suited to your supply chain, whether that requires warehouse acceptance packaging or site-specific white-label distribution.
Direct-to-wood Printing: Printing directly to the wood elevates products using new technology that is superior to traditional vinyl-laid graphics. The entire spectrum of colour is available, combining the colour of inks with the natural wood below.
